Career: Sheldon has 30 years in foodservice distribution sales working with restaurants, grocery stores, schools and health care facilities, including US Foods, JFS, Rochester Meat Company, and Johnston Foodservice. Has extensive knowledge and experience in food safety protocols, proper disinfecting methods, and industry regulations.

Education: MPA – SUNY Brockport ’98, BS Business Admin – SUNY Brockport ‘78

Career: Michael has 5+ years in consumer product R&D, manufacturing, and operations (Kimberly-Clark Corp) and 20 years in nanobiotechnology, with over 50 publications and 5 patents.

Education: PhD Mechanical Engineering – Penn ‘09, BS Mechanical Engineering – Pitt ’98

Career: Chad has 10+ years in design/manufacturing, with over 11 patents.
